Japanese and Oriental philosophy are also studied. Aesthetics/History of Art: This discipline centers on the study of aesthetics and covers issues in the art history of diverse ages and places. The range of art fields studied extends to music, architecture, and crafts. Christian Studies: This discipline is a special feature of the philosophy department at this university.
