APPLICATION FOR STUDENT RECRUITMENT INFORMATION AND FORMER EXAMINATION QUESTIONS
   To obtain the Application Guidebook (free of charge), the Student Recruitment Information (which includes the application forms provided by the University), and former examination questions (free of charge), please write or fax the Admissions Office (see below).
   The Student Recruitment Information costs \1,000 (including postage within Japan). This can be paid by Japanese postal check at the time of application.
   Applications from abroad can be accepted by facsimile (Fax: 81-3-3407-5929). An invoice stating the cost for application from abroad will be included with the papers sent to the applicant.

EXPLANATION OF ADMISSION PROCEDURES
   Meetings to explain the admission procedures will be held as follows:

	General Explanation and Campus Tour (includes Question and Answer Session with professors, staff, and students; introductions to departments; an open class; a tour of the Media Center; a campus visit; video information and displays.)

CAMPUS VISIT
   Those who wish to visit the University campus should call the Admissions Office and make an appointment.
