FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
INTENSIVE PROGRAM IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE
The University offers students from all areas of the world an intensive Japanese Program for a period of one semester, twice a year. Since the fall of 2002, we have had over 100 students from various countries participate in the program. We are proud to say that we have received very positive reactions from the students and the institutions involved.
There are many benefits to this program. The University aims at providing a stimulating environment for the international students studying Japanese in order for them to have various opportunities to communicate in Japanese and improve their language ability intensively. In addition, stimulation is further enhanced by getting acquainted with Japanese culture and by experiencing life in Japan through extra curricula activities.
Through this program, students from various countries are prepared to exchange opinions and ideas with people in Japan as well as with each other. The program serves as a cornerstone for the promotion of goodwill and international understanding.
