How does Shakespeare intersect with the visual arts?
What are the key strategies in making Shakespeare accessible to viewers and audiences? After close readings of Shakespeare's plays, we will focus on some visual representations (ie.,film, paintings, illustrations) to examine how the texts are translated through the language and elements of the visual arts.
